Santa ScottWelcome, *|FNAME|*! Now we enter a period after the major shows and festivals that lasts through the holidays and kicks back up early next year. As most of us know, there's still plenty of opportunities to eat spicy food in these colder months in the Northern Hemisphere (can anyone say chili?). One of my favorites are these delightful little Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers that go superbly with just about anything, or excel as a stand-alone treat. Whatever you decide to eat for a weeknight dinner, a get-together, or a football game, just remember to Keep it Burning!

Hot Sauce AwardsWhat's Your Honest Take on Hot Sauce Awards?
I posed a question to both general hot sauce fanatics and product manufacturers: what do you think of contests and industry awards overall? Are they worth the entry fees? Do consumers actually pay attention to these?!?

I received a lot of blunt and frank replies in the comments section of this controversial post.
